Dear Donors and Supporters, We are thrilled and delighted to announce that we have met our goal of $18K. The window was installed in November 2017. We hope if you live nearby, you will pop-in and see it. We are arranging an official dedication ceremony, if you would like to attend please email: office@bethshalombluehills.org and we’ll send you an invitation. With all good wishes and our gratitude to all of you that helped us make this project possible. ~Congregation Beth Shalom of the Blue Hills
The Holocaust Memorial Window was commissioned to honor the memory of the six million Jews, murdered by the Nazis during WWII simply because they were Jewish. The Holocaust Memorial Window is a way to ensure that the lessons of the Holocaust are not forgotten for future generations.
This window is a centerpiece for Holocaust education to the greater community, as a way to promote understanding between Jews and those of other faiths.
